i've had the same problem in two separate families. Sims would disappear after getting an error message and the second time it happened i went to buy clothes as well, dude just disappeared and left his kid alone at the store lol kids cant call taxi so i had to just leave the lot.

It’s so annoying!! I’m loving the rerelease otherwise since I never got to play ts2 before but man that bug is frustrating lmao. Glad to know I’m not the only one!
