Sims 2 won't save files 2025

The sims 2 won't save or remember the households that I created and played with. Everytime I create a household or choose an existing household of a world, I can play with this household and click on...

    I just tried the sims 2 again after the update (06/02/2025). When selecting a world (after saving), the families that I created are still there! So I think it is solved?

I forgot to mention this is about the Sims 2 Legacy that was released as a bundle (Sims 2 + Sims2 Packs) on EA for the 25th birthday celebration
