Suggestion to Introduce a Higher Refresh Rate and Borderless Fullscreen

Currently, in fullscreen mode, the game can't run at a refresh rate above 60, and at the same time, windowed mode does not hide the Windows program bar and the game's window doesn't align perfectly on the screen.

My Suggestions:

• Add the support for refresh rates above 60.
• Make the windowed mode borderless or add a third option for borderless mode alongside the standard windowed one.
