The Mac version already does most of what this new release is doing for Windows! It is already compatible with newer Mac hardware, although currently it runs in Rosetta. I am hoping they port it to the M series chips. It has long been the top-selling game in the app store. What would actually make a difference to the community is for EA to finally let Aspyr port the rest of the EPs and SPs to the Mac. It can be hard, even impossible, to find old, Bon Voyage versions of the mods you want to use. Porting the rest of the game would really benefit both the Mac and Windows players.
