I'm going to attempt to revive this post for the second time since I have gotten no answers. Not only have I reported this bug through the EA app, but I have also gotten nothing back. I have been on a live chat with EA customer service and admitted that they had no fix after trying to convince me it was my PC when it wasn't. I have posted here multiple times without any solution. I am only doing it this way so new people can see it if they potentially have the problem as well. I have not touched the game since March 6th for this reason. I hope this gains traction again and other people like me find answers. EA_Cade
