The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection won't launch

I installed The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection and when I start the game this prompt appears, and the game shuts down. I can't get into the game whatsoever. Already tried some solutions mentioned in older threads (deleted Accessory.cache file, there was no Groups.cache file) but they haven't worked. Is anyone else having this problem? I have Windows 11.
