The Sims 2 when visiting a community lot the FPS drops a lot and crashes

When we visit a community lot, for example a nightclub, the game stutters and the fps drops a lot from 144 to 30 and 1, making the experience of playing outside the home very bad because the game lags a lot. 

was not fixed in this March 14, 2025 update
