I only used graphic rules so it could fetch the hex number from my graphics card, so I wouldn't have to search for it, then did alterations from there by hand. The fix was to avoid Graphics Rules Maker and to use the 4GB patch. My game finally works!
Avoid Graphics Rules Maker? How was GRM in the way? :(
