The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle - Purchased game no longer shows in library

I recently bought The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle. I was able to download it and install it as well. Everything was working perfectly fine. Then I decided to reinstall the game, but it no longer gives me the option to install the game. On the EA App it says "View in Library" but when I click the button and it takes me to my library, the games are not there. 

Please help me figure out how to reinstall both games!

    Thank you so much for your help! I appreciated it. I submitted a form on February 19th and it was unresolved. It was updated on February 26th and the case status is currently closed.

    Heya noavizz 

    Just to confirm, if you search in your library for "The Sims" or "The Sims 2" you aren't seeing them at all?

    I was able to see both Sims games in my library today. I logged into the EA App and they both showed up. Thank you so much for your help, I appreciate it so much!
