TS2 Legacy Bug: CAS UI is blurry/doesn't scale properly

It seems there was a oversight with the CAS UI, for some reason it's blurry and is always the same size no matter what resolution you're using, seems like a oversight where they either forgot to make it adaptable to different resolutions or didn't bother upscaling the interface textures (I'm sure this could easily be done through AI).

It's incredibly distracting since the UI is crispy and clean everywhere else but CAS.
