TS2LC Buggy "Sim Loaded" Token

The way TS2 Legacy creates "sim loaded" token is bugged and tends to accumulate whenever you play the game. It impacts performance and perhaps even causes corruption. 

An update is required to remove extraneous Sim Loaded tokens as well as broken and expired Pregnancy Controllers, Attraction Markers, Attraction Memories, Gossip (denied Rumors), invisible sims and Frozen Visitor Motives.
