Walls appear Stretched

This bug has been solved unofficially with mods, but still resides in the most up-to-date version of The Sims 2; the issue is, whenever any wall is up, the "wall-top" so to say, is stretched, and looks... abnormal. 

The mod in question is called "Wall Top Fix", by LazyDuchess. A set of images will be attached to this post, sourced from LazyDuchess' tumblr, to show the intended result. This bug isn't a major issue, but something that could be fixed in the future/
