I do like the idea of a separate scoring system, I think that will be fair. I would appreciate some suggestions regarding this. :mrgreen:
Also I have no issue with the level of experience a learner has, provided they feel that there is a mentor that can teach them something new. :mrgreen:
Okay, very important!!

Lilly is on holiday but has asked to be reserved. She will be back end of next week.
The mock will up in the next two days to give you guys something to do so long.

I am going to try my absolute best to pair learners with their preferred mentors.
HOWEVER!!
It will be on a first come first serve basis. I am going to start from the top of the front page and work my way down .
Once a mentor has reached their maximum number of learners I will inform the rest of the learners that that mentor is unavailable. They will then have the option to choose someone else or a mentor will assigned to them.
So I would suggest that all the learners who have put Chell down as their preferred mentor have a look at the front page and see who they want as a backup. This basically goes for all the learners.
