Exterior of the fireplace has a space between the foundation portion and the first floor portion. To fix this turn MOO on and grab a hold of the foundation portion and let go. The space will be filled in. The exterior lighting was nicely done. There was enough light to enjoy the outdoors at night. The packing crates gave a nice touch. You have done a nice job with the pergola. I love the plants on top of the pergola. 'Nicely Decorated'. The landscaping is very realistic.
The interior is very well done. I love the colour choices. LOL! And, Yay, you have a ceiling. My Sim had the Nicely to Beautifully decorated moodlets. It was nice to have the rubber ducky and the bubble bath already with the bathtub. The furniture layout, the patterns and blending of the colours is well done throughout the house. I liked all of the decorative little touches. I would suggest that you CAS the dishwasher the same at the other appliances in the kitchen. My Sim's say on this house... "Wooooooeeeeeee!" Or maybe it was because I sent her to bed when she was tired. Great job!
You can move on to Assignment 4 as soon as you fix the fireplace.
