Custom Building Letters Tutorial,For Community/Residential.Easy Step By Step Tutorial

Are you tired of putting your creations on the exchange only to have to photoshop some letters on it to say its the "FOX DEN" club or whatever it may be??.Want to have any type style and color letters...

You are welcome sir..And I was farmboy myself but currently am in West Virginia..I shall talk to you later because I am taking a sim3 game break till about midnight or so it is daylight here and I must rest :shock:
