As far as how I got the picture to look like that, I really don't think there is enough space to really explain that here. :lol: The photo its self took about four hours to complete, and it involved a lot of layers. I don't really use filters other than color filters and gradients. I know there are some photo actions that will give it the "painted" look that you are talking about, but I don't use actions much either. I guess it's just the editing techniques I use that always my edits look drawn.
