ETA I've checked all the empty lots and so far nada. Though curiously my sims are getting the "beautifully decorated" moodlet, with nothing but a bin and a letterbox on the lots.
Also, can you clarify whether something like "Beautiful Park" or "Lovely Pool" counts? I'm getting the same image as the beautiful vista moodlet but with these as differing text.
