At first I thought that too, but the ones on the left don't have the right shape. Maybe they're pomegranates? They also have the protruding bit on one end

I just spent the past 3 days doing a census on all of the Sims in my Paige Legacy Challenge in Praaven. I took a lot of pictures, but this one is by far my favorite. Theodore and Lily Lum had another baby when their son Lawrence was 22.
