Ahahaa, I love the way The Great Dante chooses to leave parties! You'd think by now the town's citizens would realize he should be able to do whatever he wants whenever he wants, but a bit of propriety must remain, I suppose, so he gets kicked out without ceremony. You do you, though, Dante! :)

Sunny is just so adorable: I love how purposeful and self assured she is, especially because she was such a mystery for so long!

Thank you, by the way, for your kind words about my job! I wish I could tell you about awesome thrillers or romances I'm working on, but the reality is that I edit educational books for children and teens: for example, right now I'm working on a workbook for kids who have dyslexia and are learning to read, as well a a book for teens suffering from PTSD. I'm really proud of the books I work on, but I have to admit, they're not exactly page turners for everyone! :) I am reading Kazuo Ishiguro's latest book though and it's wonderful: I adore his work.

Oh it's totally understandable to get home from a very busy work day, and all ya are looking forward to doing is relaxing and playing sims! It's just so fun! Everything about it, their facial expressions and the animations are just so funny and good!

266 The Watcher Watches: Rocky & Sunny's house. ~~ The Vampire Gathering! ~~


With the Great Detectives, Jake and Falcon, hot on the missing Tesla's case, Sunny can devote her mind to her idea for a Gathering of the Vampires! Rocky agrees with her idea!
Sunny sends out the invitations to all Vampires and to those humans she thinks might be leaning towards joining them.


On the invite to Dante, head of the Vampires she adds a personal note:
Dante, if you deem it important, please invite along the other High Council members! Dante smiles about the note. 'Sunny is sweetly naive to think there must be a permission given by the High Council for her meeting!'' And He already knows what all the other vampires will think and say about Sunny's idea!
Dante isn't much one for social events, but he knows how much his wonderful wife enjoys these things!
"Now where is my wonderful wife?" he thinks and goes to her to show her the invite, anticipating seeing her happy reaction.

There is a loud murmuring of agreement here, about the wonderful acts of Alfred!

After some general murmurings, some start to speak up. "It sounds you are an idealist, Sunny! I don't really care what you do, but please keep in mind, there are those of us who do enjoy the plasma of a human, so I hope you don't intend to turn All of them!" notes Bella Lugosi. Some of the humans near him, shift away, quickly and as quietly as possible.?

"Are we to vote on something? Where are the ballots? Is this the proper way to conduct such a gathering?'' asks pompous Ayden.
''I think the town is Fine how it is, except I dislike the way most people Dress! Do you think your plan will be a benefit and influence their choice of Wardrobe? I see so many who are Not proper in their choice of attire, and in many cases not even Chic! It's an insult to My Eyes!" says Ayden Van Gould, glancing over to Cabana Boi!
But everyone Loves how Cabana dresses! So then they all stare at Ayden's choice of clothing, looking away quickly, rolling their eyes.
Ayden bristles, picking up on this, and leaves the room to go work out in his proper attire, since it is a formal gathering he deems it the polite thing to do!

The Great Dante speaks "No, there is no vote! This is a sharing of minds, Ayden!" he calls to him, so he will hear him.
''Sunny, I have told you before, that I have no objection to your wish to turn others. I think in general principal, it might help the town as a whole, but I myself have no such desire to turn anyone, perhaps if someone asked me, I might consider it.
But Ayden needs to know it will not magically fix wardrobe selection Or malfunctions!

The twins think it is Wonderful to have such a Gathering! Especially seeing all the vampires in one setting! Wow!

The only vampire teens they know well, are Tristan and his sister Emelie, and Tristan's girlfriend Tula, who is Dante's daughter.
Jed notices Tristan and Tula flirting, 'ah it must be so nice to have someone that loves you!' ? he thinks.

The guests mingle, schmooze, chat and have fun, as the meeting has now turned into a more party like atmosphere. Dante's wife Tulip and Ayden's daughter Emelie arrive back in the room fashionably late, very happy they avoided the boring parts of the Gathering. They didn't want to speak out anyway, they care not what Sunny wants to do, or not do! They think it is entirely Sunny's business! The very idea that anyone might infringe upon, or speak about what a Vampire wishes to do! Humph!

Sunny finds the burglar Rob N. Cheatum in her house!? ''He dares to show his face, coming for a free meal and to case our home for a future robbery! The Nerve!''?
Sunny, in her ire, wishes to Bite. She uses the vampiric hypnotize! She wants to teach him a lesson for trying to burgle her house!

Out in the yard, a soft spoken man, (one of the homeless humans) who has come out of curiosity, approaches Sunny. His name is Sterling Rothchild, they have a nice chat.

265 The Watcher Watches: Rocky & Sunny's house. ~~ The Missing Tesla's. ~~




When Rocky sees the Tesla girls, and finds out from Sunny that she can't locate their parents, Rocky makes a conference call to Falcon Eddy & Jake Jones right away! They are the Best police detectives! Rocky asks if he can file a missing persons report or does he have to wait for 24 hours?

Jake tells him "No Rocky, those dramatic portrayals of a mandatory waiting period are only dramatized on TV! We take all reports very seriously! Please tells us all you know, so that we can write up the report!"

Rocky tells all he knows. "The Tesla's are important political dignitaries from Serbainia. There is much political unrest in their country. Our Capitol has bestowed a very large sum to them, in hopes of helping our sister country. They were last at our house yesterday around 7pm, and they looked stressed, or their relationship with each other appeared that way, but I took it as stress and worry from their country's situation, which was having this ill effect towards each other. I don't know why I thought that, it is just my impression. They asked us if we could look after their daughters while they took in a dinner and a play." says Rocky, and goes on to give their description, how they look, their clothing they wore, height, weight, all of that necessary information.


"Rocky, with such a large sum involved, and knowing of the political unrest, do you have any suspicion of foul play?" Falcon asks.

"Hm. That had not occurred to me, no ..." says Rocky.

Sunny speaks up when Jake wants to see if she can provide any more details or insight. "My impression is that Mr. and Mrs. Tesla wanted time together, to reconnect, and mend their stressed relationship, with needing a night on the town together. My thought was they might be at a hotel, for much needed closeness, but all the hotels I called said no one with the names Tesla had registered. The girls are naturally worried, and we are keeping them as calm as we can."

"Thank you both, we will begin our investigation immediately. Will you be caring for the daughters until the parents are found?" asks Jake.

Both Rocky and Sunny say "Yes, of course we will!"

With the call ended, They invite the girls to sleep over. They do it in a way that sounds like a fun sleep over, so the girls are excited about this.

Jed is sad, and is missing Nadia. They're very fond of each other, and very much enjoyed being together, even though they never made a commitment, nor spoke the words of love.
Nevertheless, Jed has been having wishes for her while he slept last night, and now is thinking of her, missing her, her voice, her laugh, just everything about her!
It's so sad! I have him give her call, because it is making me sad too!
As soon as he hears her voice he is instantly happy. Happier than I have seen him since before the move from Youngman's house, where Nadia is employed!

Uh-Oh, But when the call ends, Jed is sad again. Nadia has found out that he is not a young adult as she had thought, but is a teenager! And told him she won't see him anymore, and to not call her again!

Jed now thinks his Dad was right all along, he should always be upfront about his age!

He thinks it's a bit funny, that is a good prank, but he hides his smiles, and He gives her a kiss of comfort on the forehead, and tells her not to worry, he can mop up.

Rocky wants to pillow fight with Dot, so Fabian gets busy with the mopping!

It's morning and Fabian has cooked Jeb's favorite, cookies for breakfast. Rocky and Sunny do join the twins for normal food, just so they can eat together, even though they are vampires and prefer plasma.
"Dad, that was nice meeting the Tesla's! Do you think the political contributions will be helpful to them?" asks Jed, then claps about cookies while his Dad answers "Well I hope so son! It is a mess over there!"

Finally, the great Max comes down to tell Jed that he is ready! He says he has a surprise for the boys, waiting at the science center for them!
Max, of course, doesn't mention anything about the teens height, "Gee they are still growing, they are taller than myself now!" he thinks. Max assumes it must cause problems for them. He makes a note to contemplate this extraordinary height problem, looking at Jed closely for any telltale sign that might help! 'Who knows, perhaps I can come up with a solution!' he thinks. Well If Anyone can fix this, Max can!

Max, Rocky, Jed and Fabian zoom off to the science center together. When they arrive, Max gives the teens part of their gift! Protective lab attire to keep the teens safe from the dangerous chemicals and radiation!
Rocky doesn't get to have one. He doesn't look too pleased when Watcher bundles him up in outerwear and sun glasses to give him some sort of protection! :D LOL But he is happy to see his boys so happy with their new outfit gift!

Max explains so many great things to them and lets them work on the test chambers. Jed has to give up his test chamber for awhile because 2 workers said they needed that particular one to make out in! But Max immediately directs Jed to something more fascinating and fun, fishing in the tank with all sorts of experimental fish! Jed likes this so much!


Finally Max leads them to the experimental lab with the newest equipment! He lectures them on all the safety, and then gives them a very difficult exam to see if they were paying attention!?? Both teens got every answer correct, it was easy for them because Max's lectures were so incredibly interesting!

Max lets the boys play with those same devices, enjoying hearing them shout out "Cool!"
"What!? How Incredible! look at this Jed!"
"No Way! Look what mine made, Fabian!"

Max pulls Rocky to the side to speak privately. "Your boys seem to suck up all the information like little sponges, I hope one day to work with them here, if they choose science as a career!''
''Say Rocky, since they can handle it, may I give them the 2nd part of the gift? I do need your permission for this, as it can be dangerous in the wrong hands, but the ones I am giving have a safety feature called Un-do button which can reverse what ever was done!"


Rocky is filled with different emotions flooding in him at once! Glad and Proud of his sons, and also a bit of a fear of this gift of Max's. ... But Max seem so sure they can handle it, he tested them and they passed. Since there is a safety feature, then maybe it is alright to accept?

Max has to go home, and the teens can't wait to get home, but first they have to wait for Dad to try to get a political contribution from Amelina!

The Tesla teens were never picked up by their parents! :o
Sunny had awoken at 2 am, and found the poor girls shivering in the living room. Sunny told them not to worry, and gently guided them upstairs and gave them sleeping bags, a hug, and wished them sweet dreams....
She has been caring for them, and entertaining them all day, since they woke up.

A notable diplomat, Mr. Sava Tesla, is in town and after dropping by Rocky & Sunny's house, to discuss important political matters, asked the couple if it was alright for his twins to stay for an hour or so, while he and Mrs. Tesla took in dinner and a play.



The boys were of course thrilled to have an interruption in their Dad's lecture talk, to get to meet Paulina and Dorothea. And after much chatting and getting to know each other, Jeb gave a hug to Paulina. And Fabian... well it looks like he's already responding to a compliment! lol

"I don't know Rocky, I hope this isn't a forewarning of a broken heart in the near future! It did seem like the Tesla's were having a bit of problems in their relationship?! Didn't it?" asks Sunny.

"Yes of course, darling!" says Sunny after thinking for a bit, how Rocky already knew what was running through her mind.

"So Paulina, which do you prefer, the sciences or athletics?" asks Jed. He of course loves both!
"I think I do prefer athletics but there are so many things I enjoy, including astronomy and the sciences!" she answers.

Jed is having a blast, he has hopes to learn some new constellations from Paulina!
Afterwards, his eyes full of stars, he looks over at her. "Oh! I see the prettiest star of all, now!" he says.
Paulina thought that was such a cute thing to say, and applauds.

Does this mean sooo many Great books will be coming to the market for me to devour and be changed by and emerge from said reading with all sorts of particles and bits all over my face and hands!?! :D (yes, t'is Tom from East of Eden, I loved him and remember that from when I was 17!)
