You will more than likely have to remove each piece through the launcher. When you are done with that, delete the contents of your DCBackup folder, in My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 if it is not empty. If you don't get rid of those backup files, the stuff will keep showing up in your game.

Then delete the cache files in my docs too, just to be on the safe side - script.cache, CASPart.cache, compositor.cache & simcompositor.cache.

I have had this issue with a couple of ruthless_kk's homes that she's stated have no CC. There appears to be a vase of flowers made by someone at TSR that appears in a lot of her lots. It's easy enough to remove with custard so it doesn't keep appearing in my game, but I avoid anything from that site like the plague, apart from some wallpapers by one creator.
