So i got the sims 3 base game from someone because i had gotten sims 3 seasons but could not play it without the base game so then inside is a 10 dollar worth of simpoints and now when i try registering the card to get simpoints it wont work ☹️ AND i really want/need simpoints 🙂(:
Make sure that the original owner didn't already register the base game - that's probably the cause of your problems. A game cannot be registered more than once.
