502 Bad Gateway Trying to Login to Sims 3 Store
I cannot log in through the button on the Welcome tab or on the Downloads tab. It just comes back with the login information populated and doesn't log in.
I went to store.thesims3.com and tried to log in there. I got the error "502 Bad Gateway". I don't get any errors attempting to log in with the launcher, but I suspect that the error on the Sims 3 Store is the reason I can't log in with the launcher. Can someone at EA do their magic to allow us to log in to the store again?
I have already done the following:
cleared the cache including cookies on both IE and Chrome (I don't have Edge installed on this PC)
completely killed the EA App using Task Manager
I am running the EA App as Administrator
I have a PC with Windows 10
