A Rabbithole Complication

I've got a small problem from the Supernaturals expansion: the Gypsy Wagon doesn't work at all.  What I mean is I can't interact with it and I can't select the Fortune Teller career from the computer...

    Are you using mods in your game ? Have you tried deleting the rabbithole and replace it with another one ?

    Do all other rabbitholes work ok ? What happens if you try a new game, do you have the same issue there ?

Have you tried bulldozing the entire lot and replace it ? Does the placing work in another town ?

What happens when you try to place a new one ?

Found the problem, seems I had some mod I completely forgot about (some pathing issue in World Adventures that got fixed)
