achievements did not unlock me my medals

had 5 medals to unlock, I got 3 achievements but the game does not recognize  I Clear caches, clear challengedata.package file and tells me that I need 2 medals to unlock but keep popping up 5 medal...

    I haven't been able to unlock the grandchildren one either, the book one unlocked for me after about 90 books. The star one I didn't have trouble with.

    DId you change households in between ?. You might just need to try with another Sim.

I have 36 grandchildren, 27 stars and 85 books but does not unlock the medals

DId you change households in between ?. You might just need to try with another Sim.

    I played with another sim and unlocking 25 star medal, I'll do the same with the 4 medals that I need. seems that the sim with which you unlock various medals is saturated and then not allow you to unlock more medals. thank you very much
