for digital game downloads you need origin http://www.origin.com/download use the same email and password for your the sims 3 account as origin and the sims 3 accounts get tied together if you already have an origin account then log into your origin account your game should be in the my games tab to download and install if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload

It did not make a difrence, my game does not pop up. When my laptop reads the disk. Orgins pops up asking my to istall, I click install and it wants me to put in my code. I have put the code in many times and it has never worked.

I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT i DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVATION CODE FOR THE GAMES, RATHER, AN ACTVATION CODE FOR BONUS CONTENT. i BOUGHT MY GAME AT TARGET AND ONLY TARGET HAS THIS SPECIAL GAME. SO WHERE SHOULD MY ACTIVATION CODE BE, AND IF I DO NOT HAVE ONE WHAT DO I DO?
