After travel my sims basic town missing

Hey!

My game just want me to start a new game while my sim is traveling back to home from China. I just logged out from game, fortunately I have saved, but She is in China, ready to travel home.

I see that screen while travel - then the fully new, starter screen comes up where I need to choose a family to move in.

I increased my c partition, now its 170 gb, but still have the problem.
I saved my sim as it is, and now I try to start a new town with her, if I can.

Sadly this does not save anything she did, only her style. No house, no stuffs, no high lvl skills (fx karate, cooking, photo etc), so its like just recreating and starting from null 😢

I've been chatting with tech support.
They recommended me to clear origin catche and reset the game. I did both, and copied my isla.paradiso.sims3 folder back, restart game, and my issue was there.
So seems like, my saved game is corrupted somehow.
Tech support can not help me ☹️

@szdorka If you start a new game do you still have the issue? Usually once a save file becomes corrupt the file can not be saved. You may try to recover a previous save and see if it loads - link - how to recover an old save file hth

Unfortunatelly my backup folder is corrupted too. I tried.

I created a new game in new town. As soon as I can put my son to sleep, I will check.
Im sad, that nearly 100%, I lost all I've done

Oh, so she made it back home from China? Good. That means it was just the save game that was messed up and thankfully, not the game itself.

Well there are some failures.
Fx its says my sim did her first step in thr word of athletics (while she was on way to do a dungeon), but no sign in skills window.
And the tablet i purchased in sims store does not work with tabcast. Sim does like she should but not listens and skills arent go higher.
