are these good specs to run the sims 3 with mods and cc?

HP Victus 15 Gaming Laptop, 15.6" FHD 144Hz Display, AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB PCIe M.2 SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050, HDMI

  • @KenWhoPlayzSims  These are good-enough specs for Sims 3, sure.  If possible, it would be better to get a laptop with an RTX 3050 rather than 2050, which is somewhat slower.  But it's not a deal-breaker, and it's not worth spending more than about $100 U.S. (or the equivalent) more for the upgrade.

@KenWhoPlayzSims  This is most commonly due to an issue with the game's registry entries.  Have you ever installed any expansion or stuff packs on this computer that you later uninstalled?  Did the game ever work on this computer?
