I went to TheSimsCommunity3.com website but my downloads from there are never working and always failing. I really want new things for my sims, I tried over and over again with installing. Is there something wrong with my computer, the game, or this website? Can someone recommend things I should do? Tell me what I am doing wrong...
@3274a I'm not sure where you're trying to download from. Is this the Sims 3 Store or Exchange, or a third-party site? If you get an error message when downloading or installing, please post a screenshot.
When you go to TheSimsCommunity3.com website you can download things with The Sims 3 Launcher, from the exchange. If your items are successful they go to the uploads or installed content, they end up going into your game. Mines are always failing and am trying to figure out why their failing...
@3274a Please move your entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. Open the launcher to create a clean folder, and download one item. Let me know whether it works.
