Aurora Skies Gold - Tiny Prodigies Learning Centre

Question

HelloI appreciate the previous response to my earlier quesion, however since then I have done the following to attempt to correct a problem I have been having and I am still at a loss. I purchased Aurora Skies Gold after I purchased the AS Standard world because I realized I didn't have the Tiny Prodigies Learning Centre and that is what I wanted in the first place. When I finally purchased and downloaded AS Gold with the extra items that is supposed to be included with AS Gold I did not have any of these items. I only realized I did not have them when I went to play and I thought it was because I had the AS Standard set installed so I uninstalled both World's and tried re-installing AS Gold again, but it didn't work. It seems to have downloaded Aurora Skies with none of the items that come with AS Gold. Then I tried installing the Tiny Prodigies Learning Centre as a separate venue and I couldn't do that without and an installation error coming up everytime. I am at a loss as to what to do because I have now paid for two world's and only received the benefits of one. Can somebody please help me??? I should be able to access Tiny Prodigies Learning Centre as a separate venue to download or receive a reimbursment of my SimPoints. Is there anybody that has an answer??? Please....!!!!???? and Thank you........

The venue can't be installed seperatly, unforunatley but it should get installed with the world.

Try reinstalling all Store Content following the method here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3-Store/FAQ-The-Sims-3-Store/td-p/333394/

I would also contact customer support and get a refund for the standard version. Don't throw your money at EA.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
