Bad CC - Instructions on how to find it and how to get rid of it (including list)

@caitlinroseBD: Do you know what pic to look out for. Name is NEW CAS PROJECT. Also if you have a little folder icon with that in CAS, it came with a Sim and the Sim will need removing.
