Actually, the way it got uploaded with your sim, it MUST be a sims3pack (someone probably converted it). The icon on your pictures also indicates a sim3pack. If you have the file in DCBackup, that's also an indication that it came this way.
I would suggest doing the following:
Move all *.dbc files from your documents/DCCache folder to your desktop and start a NEW game (not an old one for this is all your Launcher cc except store) and check again. If the Tee is gone, it's definitely a launcher file that should show up in INSTALLED CONTENT.
Put the files back in the DCCache folder and search your launcher again. Use the ALL tab, sometimes they also show up in the wrong launcher category. and go trough it again very slowly. Look for the pic and name I posted. If you really really don't find it, removing those *.dbc files again, is the only way to get rid of it. You will need to reinstall all cc after that.
