Those invisible Shoes come with a sim called Mr. Skeleto, if you have that Sim, remove him. If not, it has probably spread to another Sim. You would need to find that one and remove it from the SavedSims folder.
The missing leg is a problem of the flute forward dress from the Store. It might be that other items that are cloned from it, have it too. To find this one, I will need to to upload a Sim that is wearing it (if you can't find it yourself in the launcher under installed content).
EDIT: You also need to make your pics smaller or just link. This is breaking the thread.
