Maybe a thread in General Discussion can get you some good links from people that have used worlds (I've only downloaded one so far.

If you don't mind downloading from other sites, I recommend http://www.the-isz.com/theisz/index.php (you'll have to register). Richdres Worlds are really great and safe.
