Bad cc eyes in my sims game.

I downloaded some cc from sims 3 resource and When I went into my game I noticed the eyes looked weird. SO I uninstalled everything. And when I went back into the game it the eyes were still weird looking. I tried to delete My back file, packages ect. and it still showed up. (eyes still looked weird.) So then I uninstalled all my games and reinstalled it and it was still there. Is there a away to get rid of it for good? is there something I can delete? Please help if you can. Thanks.

    Do you have any Sims in the savedSims folder ? If so, remove those too and delete the cache files

    Go to documents\ea\thesims3 and delete these files

    CASPartCache.package
    compositorCache.package
    scriptCache.package
    simCompositorCache.package
    socialCache.package

    I did delete all those files and it still looks the same. So idk what else I can do. it's just very annoying.

    go to CAS make a sim in the looks icon go to eyes and see if  cc contact eyes are there
