bakery set not downloading into game launcher

do you get an error message see the log for details ? the log can be found in documents/electronic arts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log  c/p what it says for someone to look at

and the other part your on a mac  i'm not a mac player but will post this in the helpers corner to see of our mac player/helper can assist no idea what time they'll be online at so you'd have to check back later

oh and you  posted question about simpoints the other day which was replied to just in case you missed it  click on your user name and you'll be able to find your post and click on to view

i just bought my backery set.. nothing happen after i click download.. nth pop out nth downloading. not any error msg... pc player.. help you can help me.>.<

@barbiiyu2 is your game up to date patch wise at least 1.63 or when you go into the game in the options menu-download dashboard see if the bakery venue will download from there 

my game version is 1.54.

but it says its up to date ? ive refreshed mine 

hold on a little  bit and I'll get the FAQ in the patch notes ( the latest patch is 1.67)  which includes some info for mac users  will edit this post ( I've posted  in the helps corner for you too, as your at 1.54 that could be stopping you from downloading your item as technically  your not up to date  )

now if you wish you can wait for mac help as i'm not a mac player but you'll have to check back later for a response as our mac player/helper lives in a different zone  so what is evening time me is roughly at the moment 4am where they live
