Black face and body glitch

Question

I don't know what is going on but for some reason, all of a sudden my Sims keep loading with black faces and bodies.&nbsp; I found another site where the person said someone from support told them it could be there driver card needed to be updated and then their computer restarted.&nbsp; So I tried that, didn't fix anything.&nbsp; I have never had this problem before and I have had the Sims 3 games installed on this computer for months now, not to mention on my old computer for years.&nbsp; Please help.

did you download some&nbsp; 3rd party non EA CC items? or from the exchange ? do babies look weird too ?&nbsp;it could be bad CC
