Downloadable SN and Origin are for PC users, not MAC. If you don't have a PC you will need to contact Customer Support:
Ah, FML. I will be so happy when they realize that there are more and more Mac users out there and that, we saved up for the Mac and don't have a ton of money for anything else ><
