Bridgeport and Twinbrook sims 3 Missing

Please help..

After not playing sims 3 for about 1 year now I wanted to start playing again. I had to reinstall origin on my laptop but every time I close origin and open it back It keeps asking me to install origin and shows the install and play sign(still does) . When I eventually  started the game two of my city's didn't want to upload. Twin brook and Bridgeport. And the game keeps saying that I don't have the expansion packs downloaded. But I do.. And I tried   to uninstall and than reinstall  them but it still doesn't work. What can I do?
