BROKEN Premium Content List - What else is broken now?

Added the mod to the first post, but it should be noted that the mod doesn't restore the ability for Tots to learn the additional skills the Premiums are suppose to supply.

And I like those bonuses. That's why I used to use those items a lot when I had kids in the household.
