Build Mode Question for Monte Vista

I noticed in the new game there are arbors with flowers added to the top...when I build the arbor attached to the house and try to add the flowers/greenery I am unable to do this. Please tell me how I can accomplish this as I'd love to be able to add this feature to my homes. Thanks!

    there are two cheats to use

     hold ctrl+shift+c in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in testingcheatsenabled true hit enter again  ctrl+shift+c type in moveObjects on hit enter place the flowers etc once done turn the cheats off ctrl+shift+c type in moveObjects off ctrl+shift+c testingcheatsenabled false

    I tried the cheats twice and couldn't get them to work for me. Thanks anyway...will try again in hopes I didn't do them correctly.
