Buying out a business

We are talking about the different business available to buy around the world, right? Like the grocery store, for example. In that case, no, there's no option to choose the uniform for the employees.

The option to buy those buildings is mostly for your Sim to earn some extra money. If you buy enough of them, your household won't need to worry about working 😉

Thank you.  In Sims 2 when you do buy a business you can choose the uniform, so I was wondering if Sims 3 had the same option.  Thanks for your help.

Thanks, but I'm still unsure of what business you mean in The Sims 3. ☹️

In The Sims 2 you could buy a business if you owned The Sims 2 Open for business expansion pack. In The Sims 3, you can buy different businesses in the world, but not set a uniform for your employees. Also, you can buy different kind of businesses if you own certain packs on the Store, like for example this one to create a restaurant: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProductDetails.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:67573 In this case, for example, the chef has its uniform which you can't modify.

Could you let me know which kind of business your Sim bought? 🙂

Well I'm playing on a PS3 so due to that I can only buy out businesses in that set.  The hospital, the grocery store, the diners, etc.  In Sims 2 I bought The Special DVD Edition and then bought NightClub, Pets, and Open for business expansions, but where the current game I have is on PS3 there are no expansions only Sims 3 Pets individual games.  I was hoping though that in Sims 3 when you bought out a business you could be able to set the uniform like in Sims 2.
