Can’t log into sims 3 game
Hi! I just bought sims 3 on my Mac, however on the launch screen/ in the game it will not let me log in. I can log on online but not in the game

hello, I am having the same issues with the store to download old items.....I've tried all browsers that I can think of ..none work.. I go on my cellphone or tablet I can login and, even get to all my previously purchased stuff.. That doesn't help me though since it's not my pc lol I am currently looking up how to fix it on YouTube, if you figure anything out please let me know !
masonator4000 Sometimes the login at the Main Menu just doesn't work, for unknown reasons. Can you login to the launcher? If not, and your password contains special characters, change it. If the launcher login works but the one at the Main Menu does not, then the latter is likely just being uncooperative. But you don't need to login there in order to play.
MelMelF Troubleshooting in Windows is different than in macOS, and it sounds like you're also having a different problem entirely. So it would be best if you created your own thread. But first, see whether anything in this Store guide helps you:

masonator4000 Does the game play fine otherwise? As mentioned, it's not necessary to login when you want to play. I realize it's not great that this isn't working, but unless you have other issues, you can ignore it for now. I'll still flag your posts as part of a list of people with this kind of error, in case anyone from EA wants to take a look—there's something of a pattern. I'm just saying you don't need to worry about fixing it quickly.
