Can’t log into sims 3 game
Hi! I just bought sims 3 on my Mac, however on the launch screen/ in the game it will not let me log in. I can log on online but not in the game

hello, I am having the same issues with the store to download old items.....I've tried all browsers that I can think of ..none work.. I go on my cellphone or tablet I can login and, even get to all my previously purchased stuff.. That doesn't help me though since it's not my pc lol I am currently looking up how to fix it on YouTube, if you figure anything out please let me know !
