Can’t login to my Sims 3 exchange account

Hi!

I recently got a new computer and had to log back into everything, and when I boot up the sims 3 launcher. I don’t remember my sims 3 exchange password and everything time i click forgot password it takes me to a website that says 403 forbidden. Is there anyway I can recover my account? I really need to get back into it because I have things I’ve purchased on there and I would like to use it lol.

    alyssaomitchell​  Can you login to store.thesims3.com ?  If one browser doesn't work, try another.  I had no problem doing so just now, in Firefox, so the site isn't down overall.  But the launcher login can sometimes stop working for other reasons.
