Can not register "Sims 3 plus supernatural" bought online at origin..

I bought "Sims 3 plus supernatural with plants v zombie decor" online at origin.. I can't register my game on my account... I did download the game but the plant v zombie decor is not install.. I need help with this.. I tried following all the installation process but plant v zombie does not show..

You need to redeem your 16 digit code (the game itself should auto-register if you bought at Origin) and then you can download from your thesim3.com purchase history.
