For the past 3 days I have not been able to sign into Sims 3. When I click on the sign in page and it goes to launcher and I click the start button it goes back to sign on page and I get the message "Failed to Launch - An error on our end caused the launch fail. Try again a little later". On the right side of the screen is total black, there is nothing. I put the Sims 3 folder on the desktop to no avail. I am not to techinal but can anyone help!! Thanks
Dover1104 Where are you trying to sign in? The "failed to launch game" error is from the EA App, so it shouldn't have anything to do with the Sims 3 launcher. Does the EA App load for you if you open it by itself? Please try that, then let me know what happens if you press Play from within the App to open Sims 3.
If the App won't open, or won't load properly, try forcing it to update. Go here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
and launch the EAUpdater.exe. Then restart your computer and try the above again.
