Can you link up a game from another origin account?

My brother reserved the sims 3 paradise island for my birthday. 
He didnt realise that he bought the downloadable version on hes origin account which he barely uses.
Is it possible to play that through MY origin account? or is there a way around it that i could connect it to mine?
Please help me XD
