Can you Rent an apartment toanother sim>
Hello,
I had bought real estate, high rise apartment and a house, I was wondering ifit is possible to rent out to other sims? If not how do I rid property ownership? Because I dont want to own it if I cant do nothing with it but move into it or something. I am new to playing sims 3 late night, so if you can help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks
that would be a nice option to have my sim the landlord 🙂 use your sim phone or sim pc travel and real estate options check real estate highlight the apartment sell it by clickin on the coin looking icon the money will then go to your household funds
