Cannot access 64-bit version of Ts3

I recently downloaded the Sims 3 on the EA App and play on a Mac that only supports 64-bit applications. Before I knew this, I played and the game would freeze up after a few minutes. When I look on the EA Help website to download the 64-bit version, it tells me to redeem my game to then download it. When I go to redeem my code, it says that it has already been redeemed, which doesn't make sense because I just bought the game. The website also says it should automatically be in the library, but it's not and I checked the game properties and it says 32-bit. 

I have tried to talk to the chatbot, but it will not give me an option to talk with someone or submit a request ticket.

    ijimerson​  If Sims 3 opens at all on your computer, you're running the 64-bit version.  The 32-bit version's installer wouldn't even run, let alone the game.

    For the freezing, please try a new save in Sunset Valley and let me know how it runs.  Please also list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.
