Cannot click on Sim

So i was trying to reintroduce my mods back into my game; context here:
Sims 3 crashes when booting up | EA Forums - 12127405

And now, my game does boot up and reintroducing mods seems to help so far, but now I have an issue midway where I cannot click on ANY of my sims and interact with them, but I can click on everything else.

Appreciate any help I can get.
